We value you as a customer and want you to love your purchase!
However if you are not completely happy, please contact us and let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction.
If you return your purchase to us within 10 working days of receiving it, with proof of purchase, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange the goods for another item.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and unworn. Please do not remove swing tags or labelling from the items until you are 100% sure you want to keep them.
Storied is not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items, unless the return is a result of our error.
Once your returned item is received by us, we will email you to confirm and will arrange the refund via your original method of payment. The time it takes to show will depend on the card issuer.
